Giving online is secure. It allows one-time or recurring transfers from your checking or savings account directly to Fairview's designated funds. Giving online doesn't replace regular worship service giving opportunities, but it is an alternative convenient method for giving. Regardless of which method you choose to give in, our greatest desire is that your giving would be an act of worship and thankfulness to the Lord. We are never like God more than when we give (John 3:16). He is the giver of all that is good in our lives (1 Timothy 6:17; James 1:17) and it is a joy to give to things that have eternal value.
Fairview's ministries are funded by the giving of our members; their giving enables the mission and vision of the church to be sustained. There are two funds that we would ask for you to prayerfully consider as we reach with the Gospel both "across the street" and "around the world."
General Fund
This fund is supported by the regular giving of God's people and goes to support our efforts in reaching our "Jerusalem" (a.k.a. our home town). Our desire is that these funds be used wisely and fruitfully for God's Glory as we see the "Word of God increased" and the "number of disciples multiplied greatly" here in our mission field. (Acts 6:7)
Missions Fund
This fund is our "Faith Promise/Grace Giving" Missions fund that goes to support the many missionaries that Fairview is partnering with around the world. This missions giving is over-and-above our regular giving to the general fund and this additional giving is based on God's grace and our faith as we give sacrificially to reach the world with the Gospel. We have a regular time each year where we encourage God's people in the area of world-wide missions. We encourage our church family to make anonymous pledges in the fall of every year to help us to plan what our yearly abilities will be in the area of missions for the upcoming year.
